New Management at Fiji's Castaway Island

In Fiji, Castaway Island Resort Manager Dawn Wakeham will retire from her role as resort manager on May 27, the very same day that she joined the island resort 15 years ago, eTravelBlackboard is reporting.

Steven Andrews, who has been with Castaway Island for seven years as manager operations and more recently acting resort manager, will take over Wakeham's role on May 28. Before his time at Castaway, Andrews was at Jean Michel Cousteau Resort.

To complete the new management structure, Castaway Island named Daniel Roy to the role of operations manager early this year. Roy spent more than six years with Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa, most recently as Front Office Manager.
