South Florida's Hollywood Beach is set to receive its first Margaritaville Resort. Coral Hospitality has been named as a new partner in the venture. The plans for the new Margaritaville call for a 350-room resort with a beachside band shell, mega pools, fun slides, spa and other amenities. Dining options include seven restaurants, including a Maragritaville Café.
The resort will also include more than 20,000 square feet of meeting and event space for conferences and parties. Coral Hospitality is joining with real estate developers Lojeta Group of Hollywood to build, develop and manage the Margaritaville resort, which should begin building next year and open in 2014. The first Margaritaville Casino is set to open in Las Vegas’ Flamingo Resort later this year.
