The Palm House, which has undergone a $20 million renovation over the past two years, will boast such typical must-have amenities as restaurants and a full-service spa.
When residents are away, their condominiums, which will range from $1.25 to more than $3 million to buy, could be available to rent. Note: This might be the last condominium-hotel project approved in the area.
