Through the entire month of October New Orleans’ top chefs will wear pink chef’s coats and prepare healthy menu options throughout the entire month. The NOLA Goes Pink is in support of breast cancer awareness and research.
During the month of October New Orleans’ top chefs will offer a $31 (31 days in October) prix-fix dinner menu or entrée. Ten percent of the proceeds will go to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure, New Orleans affiliate. According to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Foundation, New Orleans will be the first-ever citywide, month-long promotion in support of breast cancer awareness.
