NYC Restaurant Week Reservations for Dining Program Open.NYC & Company, New York City’s official marketing, tourism and partnership organization, announced that reservations for NYC Restaurant Week Summer 2014 have opened. The event offers four weeks of dining deals at more than 300 New York City restaurants from July 21 through August 15, Mondays through Fridays, with Saturdays excluded and Sundays optional. Diners can enjoy three-course prix-fixe lunches for $25 and three-course prix-fixe dinners for $38 (excluding beverages, gratuities and taxes).

Restaurants featuring soul food and Australian cuisine join more than 300 restaurants this year. New participants include Greenhouse Café in Bay Ridge, Minton’s in Harlem, Murray’s Cheese Bar in Greenwich Village, Socarrat Paella Bar in Nolita and Tanoreen in Bay Ridge.

NYC Restaurant Week was created in 1992. Now in its 23rd year, the program supports the City’s restaurant industry, which employs more than 200,000 people and grosses annual sales exceeding $12 billion.
