Benchmark Hospitality, manager of the Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu, has reached a tentative agreement with HERE Local 5, the union representing its employees. The agreement is subject to ratification by members; at press time, a meeting was scheduled for July 22. The accord comes after months of negotiations; the union earlier had urged travelers to boycott the hotel, which is on Oahu's North Shore.
