One&Only Resorts Announces Cape Town Property

One&Only Resorts has broken ground on One&Only Cape Town, scheduled to open during the latter half of 2009. The 130-room resort is set in Cape Town's Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, with views of the marina and Table Mountain. Each of the resort's rooms and suites, with a minimum size of 645 square feet, will have either a private terrace or balcony. Two suites will offer their own in-suite spa treatment rooms. The resort will have residential apartments, a spa, fitness center, swimming pool, KidsOnly Clubhouse, meeting areas, and three restaurants, including Nobu Cape Town, the first Nobu in South Africa.
