Outrigger Acquires Ala Moana Hotel's Operations

ALM LLC, an affiliate of Outrigger Enterprises Group, has acquired the hotel operations of the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu. Included in the deal are the hotel's front desk, parking, restaurant venues, meeting and banquet rooms and most of its retail and office space. In addition, ALM has acquired the right to manage more than 1,000 of the 1,154 units in the high-rise near Ala Moana Center and the Hawaii Convention Center. Beginning later this quarter, the units will be managed by ALM Management Services LLC, another Outrigger affiliate. Until then, Ala Moana Services will manage the hotel operations. Outrigger has provided advisory services for the management of the hotel since September 2005.
