Outrigger Hotels Prepare for the Holidays


The Outrigger Reef on the Beach and Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach hotels are already gearing up to celebrate the holidays in December. Among the activities families can enjoy are:

Tree Lighting Ceremony: December 1 at 6 p.m., Outrigger Reef on the Beach

Take part in an island-style tree lighting ceremony in the hotel lobby, followed by holiday entertainment by the Kaleoaloha Keiki Choir. Free and open to the public.

Santa arrives by Canoe: December 12 at 9:00 a.m., Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach

Santa arrives via outrigger canoe at Waikiki Beach in front of the Outrigger Waikiki hotel, followed by keiki (children’s) hula dancing, music and a complimentary photo with Santa. Free and open to the public.

Kani Ka Pila Grille Holiday Mele December 19 & December 20 from 4:00-5:00 p.m., Outrigger Reef on the Beach

Kani Ka Pila Grille will have musical performances by keiki (children) and kupuna (senior) groups. For reservations, call 808-924-4990.

Breakfast with Hawaiian Santa: December 22 & December 23 – Outrigger Reef on the Beach

Families can enjoy a buffet breakfast, cookie decorating and a photo with Santa for $17.50 per person. Reservations required: 808-924-4990.
