Harbor Experience Companies, which operates New York Water Taxi ferries and a beach in Long Island City, Queens, has signed a five-year lease to set up a beach on Pier 17 at the South Street Seaport, Crain’s New York Business reports.

The 18,000-square-foot beach will open Memorial Day weekend and will have a nine-hole miniature golf course, seafood shack and a bar. The beach will feature live music performances on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. The area will close after Labor Day.

It is the third beach deal for Harbor Experience. Last month, Harbor Experience announced plans to open a beach on Governor’s Island.
