Palladium Hotels & Resorts recently announced the appointment of Roberto Paresce as the new general manager of Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, personnel, business development, guest relations and revenue management at both Palladium properties.
Paresce joins the Palladium team with more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry contributing valuable skills and ideas from several previously held managerial positions.
He most recently served as general manager at Viva Wyndham Playa Dorada in the Dominican Republic and Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach in the Bahamas, part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he was responsible for overseeing more than 200 rooms, as well as several restaurants, bars and clubs. In that capacity, he also was responsible for the annual budget and cost control. As resident manager at Viva Wyndham Azteca in the Riviera Maya, Mexico, he oversaw the operation of more than 300 rooms and led green initiatives for the resort, including Green Globe and Hygiene Crystal.
