Palms Place, the sister property to the hip Palms Casino Resort, will open March 1 as a 47-story hotel, condo and spa tower.
At this new property, studios, one-bedroom suites, and penthouses have high-end appliances and full kitchens, 42-inch plasma TVs, rainfall showerheads and private balconies.
