NEW ORLEANS, Louisiana - Europe Express recently named Paula McKay its new president. McKay was promoted from the position of CFO this month and has hit the ground running, working to increase the company's presence in the travel agent community. 
"We are changing our website to become easier for agents, working closely with consortia, running fam trips and giving agents the tools to sell Europe Express tours," McKay told Travel Agent.
"We consider ourselves to be Europe experts," she said. Under McKay's administration, Europe Express will work to expand agent offerings in destinations and will also push pre- and post-cruise options, paying agents a commission of 15 percent on these add ons.
