Pleasant Holidays has appointed Daniel Trankina as business development manager based in Chicago to support travel agents in key Midwestern states.
Trankina will be responsible for sales territories in Illinois, Missouri, Kansas and Nebraska including home-based agencies. Prior to joining Pleasant Holidays, Trankina was regional sales manager in Chicago with Aston Hotels & Resorts focusing on increasing revenues at 26 properties in the Hawaiian Islands. Prior to Aston Hotels & Resorts, Trankina was regional sales manager with Creative Leisure International. His extensive travel industry experience includes sales management positions at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Caribbean International.
