Puerto Rico Showcases Tourism Development Opportunities

 

Puerto Rico kicks off it first Tourism Investment Conference this week at the convention center in San Juan.

The conference is designed to showcase Puerto Rico’s tourism product and development opportunities and to position the island as a primary destination for international investment and the creation of large-scale tourism projects. At the conference, which is expected to attract international, high-profile participants and sponsors, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company will launch its catalog of government-owned properties available for potential tourism development and provide details about Puerto Rico’s investment benefits, tax exemptions and credits available through Puerto Rico’s Tourism Development Act (TDA).
