The homes reflect a modern Mexican coastal architecture (think terraces, fountains, balconies and gardens). Residential Haciendas are located within the Punta Mita gated resort community on the northern tip of Banderas Bay. The concierge can assist guests with booking sightseeing tours, outdoor activities, local transportation and restaurant reservations. The concierge can also arrange pre-arrival groceries, catering services or a private chef. Babysitting is available, as well as in-room massage and spa treatments. Each hacienda has its own private pool, and guests enjoy access to golf, tennis and water sports within Punta Mita.
