Carlson, a global hospitality and travel company, announced Tuesday two key appointments for the Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa, St. Martin, which is scheduled to reopen on December 15.
The appointments include Jean-marc Jalbert as general manager and Manon Castelin as senior sales manager serving France, Italy and Benelux.
Jalbert has worked across Europe and the United States for Sofitel Luxury Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and independent Relais & Châteaux properties. His most recent experience includes more than eight years with Sofitel in a number of properties and capacities, including general manager and vice president of food and beverage for the Americas.
Castelin joins the Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa, St. Martin from the Radisson Blu Hotel, Biarritz, in the Basque countryside of France, where she served as international sales manager. Castelin has also served in sales and events at the Hotel Concorde Opéra Paris (formerly Concorde Saint Lazare Hotel).
The Radisson Blu Resort, Marina & Spa, St. Martin closed earlier this year to undergo renovations. The company hopes the renovations will position the hotel at the top end of St. Martin’s hotel accommodations, offering guests a number of enhanced amenities and services.
