The Residence at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman's Sample Program


The Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman is offering a Long-Term Rental “Sample” program for vacationers and business travelers. Owners can “test drive” a luxury home experience at The Residences for 30 days without further commitment. 

The Residences’ luxury oceanfront homes within the $500 million Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman are aiming to set a new standard of living on one of the Caribbean’s safest islands. The Residences’ Long-Term Rental program is available to leisure and business travelers who would like to experience luxurious surroundings and accommodations, including around-the-clock attention of a Residential Concierge team, butler service, private entrances with elevators, 24-hour valet parking and security and privileged access to all the Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman resort’s facilities, services and amenities. The program has a minimum required stay of 30 days.  Prices range from $18,000 to $60,000 during the months of December through April (with the exclusion of the Christmas season, which is $150,000 for the month); and $12,000 to $45,000 for the months of May through November.  Long-term renters can choose from several different homes, which vary from a one-bedroom home with 1,650 square feet, to a six-bedroom home that covers 9,280 square feet.
