ResortQuest Expands Its Management Portfolio

ResortQuest Hawaii has expanded its collection of private homes, cottages and villas. Based in Honolulu, the company manages 5,000 rooms in 26 properties on the islands of Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii.

The new properties include the Waimea Plantation Cottages, a cluster of authentic island plantation homes set in a coconut grove, and the two-story, five-bedroom Kruse House, the latest addition to the Waimea Plantation Cottage on the Big Island of Hawaii.

Also new to the company, ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas are on the 15th fairway of Waikoloa’s Beach Course behind a gated entryway, on the Big Island. One-, two- and three-bedroom villas are especially good recommendations for golf clients. ResortQuest Shores at Waikoloa is a gated condominium community offering two- and three-bedroom, 2,000-square-foot golf villas overlooking the 18th fairway of Waikoloa’s Beach Course.

On Kauai, ResortQuest has added the three-bedroom Kauai Harbor House, a private beachfront estate adjacent to the Kikiaola Boat Harbor; Hanalei Faye House and Cottage, which combines a six-bedroom house and one-bedroom cottage on three beachfront acres; and the ResortQuest at Poipu Kai, with private three-bedroom homes within the condominium resort’s 70 tropical acres.
