The Baur au Lac’s outdoor Rive Gauche Terrasse has reopened to welcome the summer. Great for people-watching and enjoying the view of the adjacent Lake Zurich, the Terrasse features cocktails and light meals such as chilled gazpacho or smoked Scottish salmon with creamy horseradish. In late May, it will debut a special bar menu featuring top-quality meats and Swiss specialties grilled outdoors.
