Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has targeted a January 2008 opening for its new Atlanta property. The Mansion on Peachtree, A Rosewood Hotel, will be located in Atlanta's Buckhead community and comprise 127 luxury hotel rooms and 45 residential units. Rooms will feature high-speed Internet access, plasma-screen TVs, marble bathrooms and private balconies. Facilities will include a fine dining restaurant, specialty restaurant, 14,500-square-foot spa and fitness facility, and a lap pool.
