Royal Resorts Names New Chief Sales Officer

Royal Resorts has announced a new appointment to its sales team: Bill Caswell as chief sales officer. 

Bill Caswell has joined the team at Royal Resorts to lead sales efforts and the newly introduced Royal Resorts Signature Club. As Chief Sales Officer, Caswell's responsibilities will encompass Grand Residences, the company's first deluxe all-suite resort in Riviera Cancun, Mexico, as well as the rest of the Royal Resorts properties. 

Prior to joining Royal Resorts, Caswell served as vice president of client services for Generator Systems. Before that, he spent 10 years leading sales operations at Shell Vacations, LLC. Caswell earned his Bachelor of Arts in recreation with an emphasis in travel and tourism from California State University in Long Beach in addition to a hospitality management certificate from Cornell University.
