Schedule Announced for Kahala Wine and Food Classic

We hear that the Kahala Hotel & Resort is going Hollywood with its fall Wine & Food Classic this year, scheduled for September 16 and 17. How so, you ask? Because chef Carolynn Spence, direct from the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, will be one of the main stars of the show. Sharing the star-billing is one of Napa’s most popular vintners, Rich Frank, owner of Frank Family Vineyards (and, in keeping with the Hollywood theme, producer of USA Network’s Royal Pains and FX’s Wilfred). Kahala W&FC regular Michael Herklots of Nat Sherman rounds out the ensemble cast with another batch of fine cigars. (Are you tired of the Hollywood references yet? Okay, we're done!)

The two-day culinary showcase will include gourmet dinners on Friday and Saturday, a cooking demonstration and wineology seminar on Saturday morning, a cigar experience on Saturday afternoon, and a cigar tasting following dinner on Saturday night. All events are sold separately and open to the public.
