Scotland to Host 2010 Adventure Travel World Summit

Scotland will host the Adventure Travel Trade Association's 2010 Adventure Travel World Summit (ATWS). Early October 2010 will see more than 500 adrenaline junkies in the form of ATTA delegates descend on Aviemore, Scotland to network, share best practices and find out first-hand what Scotland's got to offer, netting the local area a 1 million pound cash injection in the process.

Scotland has numerous white-water courses for rafting; rugged mainland and island coastlines of coves and bays which are perfect for sea kayaking, exploration and expeditions; a growing number of walking routes dotted throughout the country and open land that offers even seasoned adventurers one of the few remaining authentic adventure experiences in Europe.
