Silverton Casino Lodge, located on Blue Diamond Road in Las Vegas, has broken ground on its $130 million expansion.
The revamped resort, which is expected to be complete by early 2009, will feature new public spaces, an additional 800 slot machines, a high-limit gaming salon and poker lounge, as well as the additions of a shop, three restaurants and a central bar. Plans also call for an area housing five pools, 30 cabanas and a stage for entertainment performances.
