The long awaited Rivea and Skyfall Lounge at The Delano Las Vegas are now open.
Located on the 64th floor, these two new spots have full views of the strip. Rivea and Skyfall Lounge are both led by Michelin-starred chef Alain Ducasse. Rivea serves dishes like roasted duck breast with bigarade sauce and nougat and pepper-crusted bison tenderloin.
Skyfall Lounge has a DJ and serves special, inventive cocktails, like the Sierra Aperitivo made with Grey Goose l’orange, Aperol granita and Champagne selected by Alain Ducasse.
As for the design, there are special touches at both locations, like floor-to-ceiling windows and light fixtures that represent the night sky.
