Led by Ayurveda practitioner Mas Vidal, the Spa + Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat combines guided YogaVeda meditation, healing spa treatments, amenities inspired by the native land, focus on one’s inner being, a menu of gourmet Spa cuisine and more.
Mas Vidal will consult with attendees prior to the retreat to determine individual goals and design an effective Spa + Yoga & Ayurveda program.

Throughout the Spa + Yoga & Ayurveda Retreat, in daily sessions, Mas Vidal will teach YogaVeda, a combination of Hatha Yoga and the ancient science of Ayurveda - founded on the scientific principles of Tri–dosha (water, fire and earth), showing the way of transformation for one new integral lifestyle.
Guided deep meditation, Pranayama and chanting, and contemplative strolls with Mas Vidal will also be conducted daily.
