Many destination resorts along the Riviera Nayarit in Mexico are offering new vacation packages this spring season.
The Four Seasons Resort Punta Mita offers contemporary Mexican beach home accommodations, and provides activities such as snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and golf. This spring, the resort’s Ultimate Tequila Tour allows guests a private helicopter to tour of the Jose Cuervo distillery, including a tequila tasting and gourmet lunch served with live local music. Travelers seeking a fine dining experience this spring should look at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. The Carolina restaurant serves both regional and international cuisine, including a signature dish of duck pozole; a confit of duck breast and leg with braised corn, foie gras, garlic chips, oregano and black truffle. Guests can also try the St. Regis’ signature cocktail, the Mita Mary, which has a combination of clam juice, tequila, avocado and coriander.
