Swissôtel has announced that its new Dresden Am Schloss property will open April 1 this year in Saxony. The property will be the fourth Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts hotel in Germany.
Situated opposite the Residence Castle, the hotel will have 214 Swiss Advantage and 16 Grand rooms as well as five suites.
The restaurant “Wohnstube” will serve contemporary Swiss cuisine based on regional and seasonal products, and The Schlossbar will serve a full range of cocktails, regional beer specialities, selected wines and spirits. A roof garden with views across the gabled roofs of Neumarkt is (quite literally) the hotel’s crowning feature.
Pürovel Spa & Sport, the hotel's wellness and fitness area, incorporates an original vaulted cellar from the 15th century. Nice local touch: Massages include essential oils from Alpine herbs and meadow flowers.
