Taj Mahal Palace & Tower Reopen Three Restaurants

It has been about a year since the devastating terrorist attacks in Mumbai, which left the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower severely damaged. Since then, the hotel has reopened but today the property announced that three of its popular dining locations have been restored and renewed, helping get the Taj Mahal Palace & Tower back to its former (or maybe better) self.

The restaurants include Wasabi by Morimoto, Harbour Bar and Golden Dragon.

Wasabi's popular original menu has been left untouched, except for the addition of 14 dishes including new sushi, salads, cold dishes and Japanese curry. Twelve new varieties of sake have also been added.

Harbour Bar, Mumbai's first licensed bar, takes guests back to the 1930s, with its Prohibition-era cocktails. The reopened bar now includes new single malts and wines, as well as 'global tapas.'

Golden Dragon, which serves Sichuan cuisine, now offers more than 20 new varieties of dim sum.
