Third Annual Hawaii Food & Wine Festival Taking Place in Oahu, Maui This September

Co-chaired by Hawaii’s James Beard Award-winning chefs Roy Yamaguchi, chef/owner of Roy’s Restaurants, and Alan Wong, chef/owner of Alan Wong’s Restaurants, the festival is Hawaii’s premier culinary event offering travelers a unique opportunity to engage with Hawaii’s food and culture through intimate tastings, lavish outdoor events and hands-on experiences.

In partnership with Hawaii’s tourism industry, the Hawaii Food & Wine Festival was created in 2011 to give travelers and residents alike a world-class festival in the Hawaiian Islands featuring top chefs and wine makers from around the globe, while showcasing the bounty of incredible ingredients the islands have to offer. The net proceeds raised support the sustainability, cultural, and educational efforts of several Hawaii nonprofit beneficiaries.

The 2013 Hawaii Food & Wine Festival is set for Sept. 1-8 and will kick off with an event on Maui (Sept. 1) before returning to Oahu (Sept. 5-8) for the main events.
