Cher will take the final bow of her headline show at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas February 5, 2011, after nearly 200 shows at the Colosseum theater. Tickets for the show's final run starting January 11 will be available Saturday. Opening May 6, 2008, the 90-minute show currently runs four nights a week, featuring 18 dancers and aerialists and including vintage footage of Sonny and Cher clips, designed specifically for the 4,300-seat theater.
During the concert-style show, the Academy Award-winner performs her hits, including "If I Could Turn Back Time," "Believe" and "Strong Enough," incorporating elements from her touring shows. Choreographed and directed by Doriana Sanchez with costumes by Bob Mackie, the show features state-of-the-art video and special effects and ambitious set designs. Following her departure, Céline Dion will take the stage March 15, after leaving the Colosseum December 15, 2007.
