The video highlights Ko Olina's location and natural beauty on the island of Oahu, and previews the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, opening this spring.
The billboard promotion, valued at over $200,000, can be viewed at Broadway and West 43rd Streets, adjacent to Times Square Plaza. On average, more than 1 million people walk through Times Square daily. The 90-day campaign rolled out during the December holiday season and will be visible through March.
"Bringing Ko Olina to New Yorkers and the visitors who come through Times Square is our first major outreach to the U.S. audience,” said Sweetie Nelson, director of destination marketing for Ko Olina Resort Association, in a written release. “With Disney, Marriott Vacation Club and Four Seasons as cornerstone brands of the resort, Ko Olina is primed to introduce a new era of luxury to global travelers considering a visit to the island of Oahu."
