The U.S. Department of State is warning citizens traveling to India as it is still receiving information that terrorist organizations are possibly planning attacks in India in locations where Americans are known to visit.
The December notice against U.S. travel in the south-central state of Andhra Pradesh due to civil unrest continues through January 31.
