Trump International Hotel & Tower Vancouver has confirmed plans to create the city’s first Trump development. Holborn Group and TA Global announced the world-class hotel and residences will be located on Georgia Street in Downtown Vancouver’s Coal Harbor.

This $360-million tower will have 147 guest rooms and 218 residences. In addition to these spaces, the hotel will feature a Champagnes lounge, signature restaurant, Trump Spa, and banquet and conference center. Also, this establishment will be home to Vancouver’s first pool bar nightclub.
Guests can enjoy Canada’s first Mar-a-Lago Spa by Ivanka Trump, a new boutique spa brand. The sophisticated and elegant style of the spa will have luxurious products and treatments hand-selected by Ivanka Trump. Additionally, guests will be offered their own Trump Attaché as part of the Trump Hotel Collection. This is a special department dedicated to providing personalized attention to guests and their needs. Attaché services will include walking pets, booking dinner reservations and more.
The tower, will stand at 616 feet (63 stories) and offer stunning views of the North Shore and beyond. Designer Arthur Erickson’s twisting design and window features of the tower allow distinctive views from each unit. Residences will range from 644 to 2,117 square feet, with penthouses between 3,500 and 4,400 square feet.
The project has created 170 full-time jobs during the construction phase, and will generate 300 full-time positions upon opening. The project is expected to reach completion in Summer 2016 with residential suite sales beginning in October 2013. It is expected that Vancouver visitors will occupy 40,726 room nights per year within the first four years of opening.
