The Trump Organization and Nakheel, a Dubai real estate developer, have a joint-venture agreement for exclusive rights for 19 countries in the Middle East and 17 major brands. The first project—the $600 million Trump International Hotel & Tower, The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai—unveiled its new ultra-modern design, which will feature a split-linked tower. The mixed-use facility will include beachfront hotels, residences and retail outlets. All rooms will have sea views.
