The five-course meal experience features flavors and talents of exclusive restaurants such as Chef Akira Back of Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant & Lounge, Chef Robert Moore of PRIME Steakhouse, Pastry Chef Philippe Angibeau of Le Cirque and Jason Smith, Bellagio wine director and master sommelier.
