United, Continental to Waive Flight Change Fees on European Flights Affected by Severe Weather

If you have booked a United or Continental flight to or from a major European destination and are worried about a cancellation or delay, United Continental Holdings, Inc., provided some good news late Monday. Customers scheduled on flights to or from London, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, Brussels and Amsterdam airports can reschedule their itinerary with a one-time date or time change without facing a flight change fee.

Weather conditions across Europe have and continue to make air travel difficult, forcing many delays and cancellations on flights to and from the aforementioned airports.

The airline holdings company suggests visiting www.united.com or www.continental.com to manage their reservations on the airline from which they purchased their ticket. Customers can also contact their travel agent or call United at 800-UNITED-1 or Continental at 800-525-0280.
