Universal Orlando Cabana Bay Beach Resort "Castaway" Undergoes Construction

The “Castaway” building at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort is the first to be topped off with glowing neon displaying an iconic name. Guests can now book all-new family suites – which sleep up to six – through an introductory offer with rates as low as $104 per night for stays beginning March 31, 2014.

When completed, the Cabana Courtyard next to “Castaway” will feature a 10,000 square foot zero-entry pool with an iconic dive tower water slide, an interactive kids play area, cabanas for rent and the Atomic Tonic pool bar. 

Cabana Bay Beach Resort is Universal Orlando’s fourth and largest on-site hotel. The 1800-room hotel features moderately priced family suites and value-priced guest rooms.
