Viceroy Hotel Group has appointed Pilar Rios as the area director of sales and marketing for its two luxury Mexico resorts: Viceroy Zihuatanejo and Viceroy Riviera Maya.
Rios has more than 15 years of executive experience in the business. She comes to Viceroy from Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts where she was area director of sales and marketing for Mexico. She has also held positions with Sol Melia Hotels and Resorts as senior director of business development, responsible for positioning the company's there premium brands of Paradisus Resorts, Gran Melia and ME by Melia.
