The hotel will also be next to Harbour Tower, another architectural landmark designed by Carlos Ott.

Viceroy has also announced plans for a hotel in Panama, the Viceroy Bocas del Toro Panama. That hotel will be the first in the region with luxury overwater villas, Viceroy said.

Viceroy was selected by Gnvgroup to brand and manage the property. Gnvgroup is a real estate firm spearheaded by Alejandro Ginevra
