Australia-based Voyages Hotels and Resorts has released its online agent-training program called Voyages Ambassadors to the North American trade market. The online training program allows agents to become experts on Voyages’ unique resorts across Australia.
Agents must complete five modules, which take approximately 10 minutes each. If unable to complete all five modules in one sitting, agents can save work in progress and return at a later time. The program is available at www.voyagesambassadors.com, where agents will be issued a password and username to log on.
Agents who qualify as Ambassadors will receive a Voyages DVD, a 2008 Quick Reference Guide, Voyages Ambassadors passport for use at all Voyages Hotels & Resorts, discounts of up to 60 percent when staying at any Voyages property, opportunities to attend exclusive Voyages Ambassadors fam trips, exclusive offers, incentives and competitions throughout the year.
Agents who successfully complete the training program by October 31 will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win a Voyages vacation package for two to Australia including international airfare. The Voyages Ambassador prize is valid for travel between April 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009.
