Waterstone Resort & Marina, an upscale, Art Deco, waterfront resort hotel at the Lake Boca Inlet, is the latest addition to Curio – A Collection by Hilton.
The 11-story boutique hotel’s 139 guest rooms and suites offer private balconies with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Intracoastal Waterway, or Lake Boca. One of the Waterstone’s unique attributes is its nearly 200 feet of boat docking facilities in addition to the promenade, the centerpiece for watersports, boating, and sailing.
The hotel’s primary dining option is Boca Landing, overseen by executive chef Matt Mixon, which offers guests French- and Italian-inspired dishes. The atmosphere is art- and water-centric, much like the hotel.
The poolside Waterstone Rum Bar & Grill provides casual outdoor dining with an all-day menu of light bites, sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and a seafood raw bar. Fresh-pressed juices, specialty cocktails, desserts, and a children’s menu are also available. Room service is available from 6 a.m. until 11 p.m.
Waterstone Resort & Marina offers plenty for those trying to keep active, with options of swimming in the pool, renting a bicycle for a ride into town, scuba diving, stand-up paddleboarding, and kayaking. A 24-hour fitness center is also available for guests.
Each guest room has a king size bed or two queen beds, as well as an expansive work desk, and other features designed for savvy travelers. One-bedroom suites with a parlor provide additional space for working and relaxing.
The Penthouse Level ballroom boasts floor-to-ceiling views of the water on all sides of the resort while the waterfront Promenade Lawn offers manicured gardens: both are suitable for weddings and retreats. In total, the facility offers 5,950 square feet of versatile space.
