Phase I of Westin Roco Ki (www.starwoodhotels.com), a luxury residential and resort community in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, will debut in the fall. It will include beachfront residences and the Westin Roco Ki Beach & Golf Resort.
One of the crown jewels of Roco Ki will be a Nick Faldo-designed 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course. Future phases of the development will bring a world-class marina, additional hotels, shopping areas, a botanical garden and a showcase of ancient Taino Indian artifacts found onsite.
