Wimco Villas has launched a collection of premier villas on Maui, Hawaii.  The new collection currently features 17 properties ranging from two to eight bedrooms. Villas are located in Maui’s premier destinations, including Wailea, Kapalua, Lahaina and Napili.

A sampling of the new villas includes Villa HHI KUM, a four-bedroom home designed by architect Tan Hock Beng.  Each of the five earthly elements (fire, water, earth, metal and wood) have been incorporated in the design, which combines Asian interiors infused with touches of local culture.

Villa HHI LAV has three guestrooms, including a master suite with fireplace, state-of-the-art media room, private gym, indoor and outdoor living and spectacular ocean and sunset views.

The four-bedroom Villa HHI KAP is located directly on the beach and has a blend of Polynesian, Asian and Caribbean décor. The home features an infinity edge pool, state-of-the-art technology and luxurious amenities.

Wimco’s Maui concierge program will allow guests to have their vacations planned in advance of their arrival, including private chefs, in-villa spa services, private yoga classes, cooking classes, coveted dining reservations, chauffeurs, surfing lessons, guided hiking excursions, snorkeling trips and whale watching outings.
