The U.S. Virgin Islands Department of Tourism launched its first ever Twitter contest Wednesday in celebration of its first-ever USVI Shopping Festival, taking place from July 24 – August 1.
The winner of the “USVI Shopping Festival” sweepstakes will receive a shopping trip for two to St. Thomas.
