Wyndham Rio Mar Appoints New General Manager

Wyndham Rio Mar Beach Resort & Spa in Puerto Rico announced recently the appointment of Danny Williams as general manager of the 600-room resort adjacent to El Yunque National Rain Forest and the Mameyes River.

Williams, who brings more than 30 years of hospitality management experience to his new role, is responsible for the operation of the 500-acre tropical resort including oversight and management of the 750-member staff, golf facilities, spa, casino, food and beverage outlets, rooms, sales and marketing.

Williams previously held a variety of management roles with Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Marriott International and Ramada Worldwide.
