We've been following the development of London's new Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel for several months now, so any news from this major debut is exciting... But we're especially excited that the hotel has finally announced a definite opening date. London’s biggest new hotel opening in (we hear) more than a decade will take place next February.
The $573 million Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel will have a soft opening on February 4 with room rates starting at $162.
The hotel has 1,021 rooms including 54 suites and penthouses as well as the second-largest ballroom space in London after the Marriott Grosvenor House, accommodating 1,000 people for dinner.
The February opening will offer limited availability while the property finishes works on its spa, swimming pool and gym.
