Hertz has introduced two digital customer service enhancements.
ExpressRent Kiosks allow customers to video chat with a live agent who helps with any issues they may have about the rental process.
Express Return allows Hertz Gold members to update their profiles for free. The updates in the profile include eReceipts where travelers will automatically receive a PDF version of their receipt by email 30 minutes after closing the rental agreement. The Hertz fuel purchase option allows renters to purchase a full tank of gas at the start of the rental and return the car with the gas at any level. Lastly, Hertz protection plans allow members to pick between insurance “protect me” or “protect me, others and my stuff.”
