Hilton Worldwide is making its first foray into China's central Yunnan Province. The hotel company has announced the debut of a new 350-room hotel in Yuxi city as of 2013.
The Hilton Yuxi Fuxian Lake Resort will be located at the northeast bank of Fuxian Lake. The views of the lake and hills will provide the backdrop for the on-site golf course.
"As a popular getaway destination for domestic travelers, Yunnan Province is experiencing a growing demand for quality, upscale accommodation options," said Martin Rinck, president, Asia Pacific, Hilton Worldwide in a statement.
